Education budget cuts have consequences...

Paul Krugman's NY Times piece about education budget cuts is more than a little sobering. It's not like I'm unaware; I can see the budget cuts in my kids' schools. I was educated in the same public schools that my kids attend and things are not the same as they were 25 years ago, and they weren't that good back then, either!
